Tracking: Tracking numbers are sent to the email address you provided within 3 days of ordering. You can track you package by visitng UPS.com. Please allow 7 business days for your order to arrive. If you still have a question or concern contact:

Exchange Damaged Item: No problem. Repack the product for pick up. We will have UPS pick up package within 72 hours. Upon arrival at the warehouse a new item will ship. Please allow 7 days for this process to cycle and your new item to arrive.

Return: Satisfaction Guaranteed - If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery for a FULL REFUND. A 15% restocking fee may apply after this 7 days. No refunds after 30 days.
